- Good Honours/Post-grad Degree in Physics, Mathematics, Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Engineering Science, Life Sciences Medicine, Chemistry, Social Sciences or other related disciplines
- Responsible for the editorial process from manuscript to publication, including liaison with authors, reviewers, printers and designers
- Perform desk editing and project management
- Strong networking with authors, academic professionals or researchers
- Must have initiative, creativity and a keen eye for details
- Experience in journalism and/or academic publishing preferred
- Must be academically-oriented with excellent command of English
- Must have at least 2 years in similar capacity
